Chunky scarf.

I love everything about this. The scarf (of course), the bracelets, the nails, the coffee. Gimme.

I just finished this one and by purchasing the pattern you get the pattern for the other two pictured. It was pretty simple once I figured out how to read the wonky pattern and would definitely recommend it!image

Here’s a WIP shot since I haven’t got one after I finished it…

Oooh I love the customizability of that one you posted! Charts are fairly simple once you realize you read them backwards, so right to left, bottom to top. I like to print mine out so I can either cross off the row I just finished or cover that row up with a piece of paper so I don’t get confused.

Good tip!! I’ll make sure to do that too. Having a physical ability to cross it off is going to be a necessity. Thank you!!

Anyone know of any awesome knitted Christmas stocking patterns? I think I’m going to attempt a family set.

Ooh, that’s really pretty. I’ve never read a chart before but I’m pretty good at reading patterns now so I figure it’s the logical next step.

I’ve been checking out this one : http://www.cascadeyarns.com/patternsFree/W104_220.pdf

It’s super chart heavy but I like the option to customize …

This was awesome to knit. This is actually for the neighbor girl. I’m starting my daughter’s matching hat (she picked red and white striped) tonight.

Finished. It was such a quick knit. I didn’t change anything about the pattern except the yarn. I used siidegarte siide flauschig from my yarn box shipment. Such a gorgeous yarn.

The Bind Off Race.
When every stitch increases your anxiety that you’ll run out of yarn.

what’s the name of the pattern you used?

It’s called Croeso, Lace, and Cable Shawlette.
It’s very well-written and extremely easy to follow. I’ll be knitting it again for sure.
